APPLICATION PROCESS
  1. E-mail or phone us and express an interest in Try Fitness!
  2. Complete personal screening forms:
    • adapted Par Q form
    • personal profile
    • existing training plan / time availability
    • existing dietary information
  3. Mail completed paperwork to Try Fitness
  4. Marc or Jon contact potential client re any queries
  5. Marc or Jon produce client’s training plan. A standard example includes a monthly plan which may be goal or sport specific, or both.
    Optional components:
    • cardio plan
    • run specific plan
    • bike specific plan
    • weight training plan
    • core stability plan
    • abdominal plan
    • mobility & flexibility plan
    • SAQ
  6. At the end of each month, client completes ‘as-built’ form and returns it to Marc or Jon for assessment and subsequent production of the following months plan
