APPLICATION PROCESS
- E-mail or phone us and express an interest in Try Fitness!
- Complete personal screening forms:
- adapted Par Q form
- personal profile
- existing training plan / time availability
- existing dietary information
- Mail completed paperwork to Try Fitness
- Marc or Jon contact potential client re any queries
- Marc or Jon produce client’s training plan. A standard example includes a monthly plan which may be goal or sport specific, or both.
Optional components:
- cardio plan
- run specific plan
- bike specific plan
- weight training plan
- core stability plan
- abdominal plan
- mobility & flexibility plan
- SAQ
- At the end of each month, client completes ‘as-built’ form and returns it to Marc or Jon for assessment and subsequent production of the following months plan
